Nicole serves as the Vice President of employee benefits at Birwood, where she has the responsibility of managing operations, delivery of services and customer satisfaction for all clients. She brings more than 25 years of experience, having worked for local and global consulting firms as well as national health insurance carriers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield.
She partners with clients to understand their goals and structures solutions to align accordingly. She’s skilled at project management, identifying best-fit carriers, designing multiyear strategies, and developing and managing well-being programs to fit with an organization’s cultural objectives. She prides herself on her ability to provide strategic planning and consulting advice to clients to deliver lasting organizational impact and change.
Nicole holds a B.S. in finance, an MBA and is certified through the Wellness Council of America Workplace Wellness.
