Does BeneSolve require a change in carrier?
No. The model wraps around your current plans and carriers, eliminating any disruption for your employees. We work with more than 50 carriers and network providers.
Does it require a change in agent?
Yes. Birwood Services Group needs to be the agent of record (AOR) for your benefit plans to administer the work functions that will make your program run smoothly. Please visit the About us page to learn more about Birwood.
Can BeneSolve technology connect to my payroll/HRIS/ERP systems?
Yes. We can configure and share data feeds to and from your current systems. You do not have to change your current payroll vendor or any of your enterprise platforms.
What size employer benefits most from this model?
BeneSolve was designed for groups with 50 or more employees.
Is this system HIPAA compliant?
Yes.
Does BeneSolve qualify for diversity spend?
Yes. BeneSolve is a service provided by Birwood, which is a certified MBE through the NMSDC. Note that the portion of diversity spend credit can vary, depending on your purchasing guidelines.

How much does this cost?
