Mary Frances leads operations for BeneSolve and HR Solutions at Birwood Services Group. A passionate leader, she oversees customer care, client on-boarding and vendor management for mid-market benefits management.
She is a flexible, versatile, and creative strategist with extensive experience in HR, client solutions, account management and business operations. Mary Frances has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. She served as HR director for mid-sized engineering and manufacturing organizations; HR consultant within the human capital industry; and directed operations involving ACA reporting and benefits administration. She earned a B.S. in Human Resources from Michigan State University and an active member of SHRM.
